What areas do you service?
We currently service Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast. Delivery, setup and pack down options are available depending on your location and package selection.
Do you charge bond fees?
A refundable bond applies to selected luxury hire items and styled picnic packages. This helps cover accidental damage, loss or excessive cleaning during the hire period. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details regarding bond fees and hire responsibilities.
What happens if I need to change or cancel my event?
We understand that plans can change. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions regarding non-refundable deposits. Where possible, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your booking or discuss suitable options depending on the circumstances.
Where can I collect my order from?
DIY hire collections are from Deception Bay, Queensland 4508. Collection details, including address, date and time, will be confirmed via your booking confirmation.
What should I do if wet weather is expected?
For outdoor events, we strongly recommend arranging a suitable wet weather backup plan. Our hire items are not suitable for use in heavy rain or strong winds. While refunds are not provided for weather-related cancellations, we are happy to discuss rescheduling options where possible.
Do you offer delivery, setup and pack down?
Yes — we offer delivery, setup and pack down services across Brisbane and surrounding areas. Some packages include these services, while others are available as an optional add-on. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
What happens if I damage a hire product?
Accidental damage, loss or excessive cleaning may result in part or all of your bond being withheld. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details regarding hire responsibilities and refundable bond fees.
How long is the hire period?
Most DIY hire items include a flexible hire period of up to 5 days, allowing plenty of time for collection, styling and return at a relaxed pace. Collection and return times will be arranged upon booking.
Do you offer DIY hire options?
Yes! We offer both DIY hire and full setup packages depending on the style of event and your location.
Is catering included?
Catering is not included in our picnic and styling packages, however catering options can be added at an additional cost to help create a seamless event experience. 🤍
How do I secure my booking?
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date, with the remaining balance due prior to your event.
Can I customise the styling/theme?
Absolutely! We love creating personalised setups tailored to your event theme, colour palette and overall vision.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and peak event seasons, as availability can fill quickly.
